Crew Energy Inc. is pleased to announce a summer employment opportunity intended specifically for students currently attending a post-secondary institution in a computer science, computer engineering, or a related degree program and returning to school full-time in the Fall of 2019.
This exciting position will be responsible for front line support for all our users. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be very familiar with technologies such as Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suites. An added bonus would be to have experience in lan networks and other connectivity technologies such as cellular and radio.
- Filtering Service Desk calls and providing basic support
- Troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions
- Ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support
- Gather and analyze information about the users issue and determine the best way to resolve it.
