Crew Energy is currently seeking an Office Administration to join its office team in Fort St John BC.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos and presentations
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture as required
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed


  • Organizational skills to assist multiple employees at one time with various tasks
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic typing abilities
  • Communication skills, pleasant demeanour and the ability to work with various types of personalities within an office setting
  • Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Leadership skills to take control of a situation and make quick decisions when necessary
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powervision, Powerpoint, Comply-Works, DATS, SafetySync and Workhub
