Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Crew requires the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct from our directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, contract operators and any other person or company that provides services to Crew.  This Code reflects our commitment to a culture of honesty, integrity and accountability and outlines the basic principles and policies with which all Crew team members and service providers are expected to comply.

Disclosure, Confidentiality & Trading Policy

Crew’s Disclosure, Confidentiality and Trading Policy (the "Disclosure Policy") is designed (i) to ensure that the communications of Crew with the public are timely, factual and accurate and broadly disseminated in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements; (ii) ensure that non-publicly disclosed information remains confidential; and (iii) ensure that trading of Crew's securities by directors, officers and employees of Crew and its subsidiaries remains in compliance with applicable securities laws.

Statement on Reporting Ethical Violations (Whistleblower Policy)

It is the responsibility of Crew’s Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, to ensure that the Corporation has established appropriate procedures for: (a) the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints received by Crew regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters; and (b) the confidential, anonymous submission by employees of Crew Energy of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters.

As a matter of sound corporate governance, the procedures outlined within this policy are designed to provide a readily understood, prompt and effective means of addressing such complaints or concerns.
